What You Can Expect
The auction will use Greater Giving Online Bidding – allowing for a paperless bidding system. You can bid on auction items using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Also, you can easily track Packages by “following” their activity!
Ready to Register?
Head to the Online Auction Site to register click on Get Started. Follow the steps to create your account or update your current one. This is where you will enter your credit card and contact information. Then you wait anxiously for bidding to open on March 30th!!

How to Mobile Bid with Greater Giving Online Bidding
- Register your information on our registration page in advance of the event.
- Click here to go to the St. Raphael Auction Site
- Click on Get Started and follow the steps to create your account or update your current one. This is where you will enter your credit card and contact information.
- When the auction opens on March 30, you may receive a notification either by text or email to begin bidding.
- Auction Packages can be viewed all together, or in categories by clicking the Menu Bar Icon on the top left.
- Select the package you wish to bid on.
- You can Bid the next increment or Bid More than the next increment
- If you choose to Bid More you can choose to set your Max Bid. If your max bid is the highest, the system will automatically bid in your favor until you are outbid or until the silent auction closes. If your bid is lower than the highest max bid on that package, you will be prompted to enter a higher bid.
- To purchase a package at the Buy Now price, select the Buy button.
- Once the auction closes, the guest with the highest bid will win.
Helpful Tidbits
- To "watch" a package, select the star icon on the package.
- If you’re out-bid at any point before the auction closes, you will receive a text message.
- To view packages you are bidding on, click the menu button and select Bids.
- To view packages you are watching, click the menu button and select Favorites.
- Under the Bids area you can check your winning packages.
- Credit cards will be charged when the entire auction closes, even though auction items have staggered closing times.
