Social Event Overview:
Because everything thing else about this school year has been wild, SpringFest will feature food, drink and a live animal show that is sure to wow guests! Due to COVID safety protocols and legal capacity limits, the event will be held outdoors and is structured so that that no more than 50 people will be at the event at any one time. This will be accomplished via an “Early Show” offering from 4-6 pm and a “Late Show” offering from 7-9 pm.
Providing fun and unique entertainment will be Michael Schwedick from Reptile World! Learn more about him and his amazing show on this bio page!
Similar to outdoor seating at a restaurant, attendees will be assigned a socially distanced “Table for 2” that will be pre-set with commercially prepared and individually packaged food and drink and eating/drinking will only be allowed while seated at your table. Face masks will be required at all times when moving around the event and when not eating/drinking at your table. Guests will be allowed to invite 1-2 additional people to join them at their table provided 2 “Table for 2” admissions are reserved under the same name, but no more than 4 people will be seated at any one table.
There will be chances to participate in the "Wild Wine Pull" and "Tongues and Tails" Raffle Games! All on-site raffles/sales will also be cashless, requiring mobile phone access to our Greater Giving auction and event website at the event.
Virtual Option:
There are a limited number of 10 "virtual tickets" during the early show! These will be first come, first served and a link will be provided closer to the event!
